Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia is situated at the heart of a palm grove to the south of Maspalomas in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The airport is 38 km to the north-east. The capital Las Palmas de Gran Canaria can be reached by car in 45 minutes and, with its wealth of cultural, entertainment and shopping facilities represents an ideal destination for a day trip.

Thanks to the year-round warm weather and clear skies the location of our luxury hotel in the south of the island is an excellent one, with the wide expanse of the sandy beach of Maspalomas and its dune landscape only a few minutes' walk away.

Numerous destinations are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle, while the nearby Avenida de Meloneras on the Atlantic coast with its exclusive boutiques, restaurants and bars is a wonderful place for a stroll.

Another unique experience is an excursion to the mountains in the interior of the island. Here you can tour typical villages such as Fataga and Teror, while enjoying the unique flora and fauna of Gran Canaria during the drive.
